"Awesome support and speedy delivery"
I bought a few games on eBay from another state. The cost was quite fair, and the shipping was quick and smooth. Sadly, one of the games didn’t function with my console. I contacted customer support, and they promptly provided a return label for the faulty game, plus they shipped a replacement that got here by the week's end. Appreciate the fantastic service!

"Absolutely Thrilled with This PS3 Bundle!"
I’m super excited about the PS3, and when I stumbled upon this bundle, I just had to grab it. I upgraded to a 1TB HDD, which meant I had to redownload a bunch of my games, especially the ones that are back online now. Awesome product, and the delivery was quick!

I got myself a Japanese Sega Saturn, but the prongs in the AV port were absent. I headed over to Retro Gaming of Denver for a replacement AV cable. The service was quick, and it arrived right on schedule. Now, my Sega Saturn is displaying an image! Just waiting on a copy of Biohazard 1 to arrive from Japan to give the console a proper test.

"Sega Saturn's Primal Rage Review"
The hinges on my Sega Saturn game were broken. As soon as I pulled the game from the box, the top hinge snapped and the front section came off entirely. The bottom part had already detached before that. Aside from those issues, the game and the manual were in good shape.

We rated it a 3, and while they did refund us, it's still kinda disappointing that this shop doesn't verify games for online play. We bought a secondhand disc that needed an online pass code, but it was already used up and can't be reused, so now we’re stuck with a useless disc.
